Every time I hear this song, I think about the Sweeney Sisters (Jan Hooks/Nora Dunn) on SNL. They always sang the first two lines in all of their sets.

You Tube STILL doesn’t have a Sweeney Sisters/Trolley video. Oh, how I love that.
OH my gosh. That last note! My head would have fallen off about halfway through. Judy Garland was amazing.
