I don’t have anything to say about how stressed I am about Christmas shopping and how much wrapping I have to do and all that….I’m not into that part of Christmas this year at all. This is why I’m posting stuff like this….cause it’s good.
Mel Torme singing his classic composition with a little help from Judy. Never mind that she says “to see if rainbows really know how to fly.” Poor Judy…you can overlook that because Mel starts throwing in the perfect harmony…good stuff.

Aw. I love it. Even Judy’s little Wizard of Oz spin on it.

I have been reading your blogs off and on the past year. You have a great sense of humor and have brought me a lot of chuckles.
I see from your most recent blogs that you have a lot of changes going on in your life. It would difficult for anyone to get in to the Christmas spirit. I am confident things will get better for you. Just keep believing that God will provide the way. Don’t let the imperfections of this world shake your faith or your confidence. Merry Christmas and I pray the new year will be much happier for you and your family.

“Poor Judy”? Why do you say that? She intentionally made that mistake. She was mad that Mel Torme had just pointed out her little lyric flub on national TV (which he did when he said “close!”), and he was trying to get him back by putting all the attention back on her, which she did by calling attention to her most famous song (which, of course, would be “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”). Trust me, Judy knew what she was doing then, as always. There’s no reason to feel sorry for her.
